[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG OLED as an upgrade for our master bedroom and it's exactly what I wanted.The picture quality is awesome, deep blacks, vibrant colors, and the OLED makes gaming on my Xbox so fun. Setup was easy, my 6 year old could do it. It has all the smart apps and streaming apps you can want. The built-in speakers are decent, and it has an AI sound enhancement too but a soundbar would be a great pair with it. Honorable mention for me would be the remote. It has a ball on it and functions kinda like a mouse with LG's WebOS. I really love this TV. If you are looking for an upgrade, make the jump to OLED. You won't regret it!

The LG 55" OLED TV was EXTREMELY difficult to set up and maintain a connection with Verizon FIOS services. Finally attained! Now the problem is that while the TV sound is OK for music, we can barely hear the dialogue! We have had to put the volume on 100, which is the maximum, and we still cannot understand what they are saying! After spending a significant amount on this TV, we do not want to have to buy special speakers or sound bar to hear it, plus how to ensure it is hooked up correctly with the FIOS remote?! This sound problem is very disappointing. LG remote is difficult to maneuver - thankful we can use the FIOS remote.

4 stars because I think for the money , it should have a Remote that has ability to light up. With a new Receiver and a new Smart Tv , it can be a bit overwhelming to get everything set up properly. The earc and all that's required.

The frame is incredibly slim, setup was simple, ports are easy to access, and the remote is so much better than expected. It has a built-in mic, and points like a cursor on screen.
