[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG OLED as an upgrade for our master bedroom and it's exactly what I wanted.The picture quality is awesome, deep blacks, vibrant colors, and the OLED makes gaming on my Xbox so fun. Setup was easy, my 6 year old could do it. It has all the smart apps and streaming apps you can want. The built-in speakers are decent, and it has an AI sound enhancement too but a soundbar would be a great pair with it. Honorable mention for me would be the remote. It has a ball on it and functions kinda like a mouse with LG's WebOS. I really love this TV. If you are looking for an upgrade, make the jump to OLED. You won't regret it!

The LG 55" OLED TV was EXTREMELY difficult to set up and maintain a connection with Verizon FIOS services. Finally attained! Now the problem is that while the TV sound is OK for music, we can barely hear the dialogue! We have had to put the volume on 100, which is the maximum, and we still cannot understand what they are saying! After spending a significant amount on this TV, we do not want to have to buy special speakers or sound bar to hear it, plus how to ensure it is hooked up correctly with the FIOS remote?! This sound problem is very disappointing. LG remote is difficult to maneuver - thankful we can use the FIOS remote.

It is so thin and the picture quality makes you feel like you're actually there in the movies. I have a sound bar that I no longer need to use, because the audio on this is incredible. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with my LG OLED. The picture quality is stunning, everything looks super crisp. Even surrounded by windows, I'm surprised at how little glare there is. I also like how responsive and fast the system is, especially switching between apps. My only wish is that the LG gallery app be a little more intuitive. Even after purchasing the subscription that lets you display art work, I haven't figured out a way for that to auto play each time the tv goes in to screen saver mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV! It was a little bit of a process having it connect to my wifi. But it works great. Great speed! It had quite a bit of updates for this tv but once they were done I was able to stream more shows. The picture quality is better than i thought It was. The ergonomics was fine. The tv though when I got it delivered, was a little heavy to set up. So once you lift it up on something it takes a bit to get it settled like you want it. The remote also works great and makes everything faster too.
