It runs smoothly without that loud, distracting noise, which makes a big difference in my kitchen. It also works really well overall. Everything heats evenly and quickly, and I haven't had any issues with cold spots. I've tried a few different settings, including the air fry and convection features, and they've been convenient and easy to use. It's nice being able to do more than just reheat food in one appliance. The design is sleek and fits in well with my kitchen, and the controls are pretty straightforward once you get used to them. Overall, it's been reliable and does exactly what I need it to do. I'm really happy with how well it performs and how quiet it is.

Air frying is one of my favorite ways of rapid cooking, so it's very helpful to have another method of air frying incase I need to air fry multimedia items for a meal. The connection to Samsung smart things is very helpful. I can get notifications when the microwave is finished if I leave the room while it is running. It also allows me to send specific settings to the microwave from my phone rather than navigating the keypad. One underrated feature I enjoy is the different levels of intensity yiu can set the light and fan too. Have a bring and dim light is convent foe night time, and the three fan speeds offer versatility based on what I am cooking and need the fan for. Lastly the astetics of this microwave are very pleasing. The stainless steel exterior match most modern appliances. The interior is a pleasant departure from the common plain white interior of most microwaves. The darker color makes it look cleaner, as you do not as easily see any messes that may happen inside. When they do however they are easily wiped clean with no hastle.

Yes, it comes with a conventional oven function with a grill included, so your meals won't turn out soggy when using just the microwave. Another excellent addition is the Air Fry option, you'll see in the box quite a few accessories to use with all the different cooking options. One of the best things about it is the easiness to clean it, since it's right above the range it tends to get dirty really fast, but it is faster to have it cleaned! Also the ability to start the oven from the comfort of your phone thanks to the smart things app it's super convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave appears to be well made and was easy to connect to the SmartThings app. I was impressed with the accessories that accompanied the microwave. These accessories included a steam bowl, short rack, tall rack and a ceramic enamal tray. The air fry option worked flawlessly on chicken nuggets and the steam bowl was great for tamales. There are some cook times provided on the unit, visible when the door is open. This was very handy being a new user (I didn't have to have the manual handy). When in use, it was extremely quiet in comparison to the old unit it replaced. The lights are bright and fan is also on the quieter side.

The air fry option is amazing, but it does seem to take a bit more time than what is specified on products as well as on the auto features. The control panel shows every fingerprint, which is a bit disappointing, as it always looks dirty. The stainless portions also don't see to be fingerprint resistant. Despite those things, the dark interior is much nicer than the normal white interior that shows every single speck of any food. The accessories that came with it are amazing, and I look forward to be able to purchase the air fry tray that Samsung is releasing to be used with it. I really like the convection option as well, so as not to heat up the entire oven for small items. Their is a learning curve with understanding how to use the auto cook features, but once you take time to learn how to use the features, it's an exceptional appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an older Samsung microwave that we needed to replace. We had been looking for a while to make a worthy upgrade. Something smarter and more functional. We looked through quite a few options and decided this was it. I was most excited about the smart functions. This thing can basically cook for itself and then send you a notification when it's done. I work from home so often I'll go inside, start a meal and then go back to work until I get the notification that the food is done. Another cool feature is that I can set the lights to turn on with the rest of my smart home. It's like having undercabinet lights. Really makes the kitchen look fancy at night. I have a little bit of a hard time with the fingerprints, but it's not much worse than anything else. Mostly, it's due to the finish we chose. I could also due with being able to set different tones for the reminders on the microwave.

The touch screen works intermittently. I can't connect to wireless and the only thing I get sometimes is that my food is ready. Usually when I am in another state. Most of the options don't work either.
