This is our 3rd Samsung Microwave and they have all been great. I have not used all the features in this new one yet, but the ones I have used all work wonderfully. It is great to be able to bake in it rather than heating up the big oven for small items. I would absolutely recommend this microwave to anyone looking for one.

The microwave is beautiful, with a stainless-steel design. This microwave has a huge learning curve if you have been using older microwave models like me. So far, I've used the regular microwave and air fryer features; I haven't tried the grill feature yet. The regular microwave feature is great. I love the sensor feature that automatically warms or cooks the food item without me pressing any buttons. The air fryer is the best part for me! I can use it directly in my microwave to air fry food. I used it for chicken nuggets, and it came out very crispy! However, I cannot put away my regular air fryer yet because I like cooking fish and some dishes outside, so it doesn't smell in the house, and I need something portable I can carry outside. But for people who don't have to worry about that, I can see this microwave helping your regular air fryer. I love the bake feature too; it is great for baking something small without turning on the large oven/range. The smart features are awesome! I get notifications when my food is ready, can see the cooking/warming progress, and can set the cook mode/time on my phone. I do wish the microwave had a door handle. I am so used to my previous ones having a handle that I keep reaching for one that doesn't exist.

Air frying is one of my favorite ways of rapid cooking, so it's very helpful to have another method of air frying incase I need to air fry multimedia items for a meal. The connection to Samsung smart things is very helpful. I can get notifications when the microwave is finished if I leave the room while it is running. It also allows me to send specific settings to the microwave from my phone rather than navigating the keypad. One underrated feature I enjoy is the different levels of intensity yiu can set the light and fan too. Have a bring and dim light is convent foe night time, and the three fan speeds offer versatility based on what I am cooking and need the fan for. Lastly the astetics of this microwave are very pleasing. The stainless steel exterior match most modern appliances. The interior is a pleasant departure from the common plain white interior of most microwaves. The darker color makes it look cleaner, as you do not as easily see any messes that may happen inside. When they do however they are easily wiped clean with no hastle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used the microwave portion of it and it works very well. It is easy to use and heats/reheats nicely. We used the air fryer we cooked some frozen fries and they came out nice and crispy but took a bit longer than I thought they should. The microwave looks great in the kitchen. Modern and sleek with no handle that makes it look clean. The stove top light is bright and lights the cooktop well. The sound it makes when done cooking is good for reminders. The controls are a bit different than earlier machines and takes a minute to learn but not very difficult at all. It comes with various racks and a steamer bowl that come in very handy. The manual is skimpy but a full blown manual can be downloaded. The interior is well lit and spacious. I think it should come with the air fry tray for the money it costs but that is not a deal breaker for me. I also would like the number pad to be backlit to more easily see the digits and functions better but it is good enough the way it is. We tried the slim fry air fry for some chicken legs and they came out very crispy and done just right. Very cool for a microwave indeed. It is easy to clean and we will use it a lot in the future.

I mostly use it to heat up my leftovers and cook quick meals, but I've tried the air fry feature a few times and it turned out better than I expected. The sensor cook feature was also nice because I don't have to guess how long to heat something up for (there's even a little cheat sheet on the microwave itself with all the items). I honestly didn't think a microwave needed the internet or an app, but getting a notification when my food is done has been cool, and so is the option to turn the fan and lights on and off from my phone. It fits well above the stove, the light is helpful when cooking, and it cleans up pretty quickly. This microwave checks all the boxes for me; nothing fancy, it just works, and I would recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave appears to be well made and was easy to connect to the SmartThings app. I was impressed with the accessories that accompanied the microwave. These accessories included a steam bowl, short rack, tall rack and a ceramic enamal tray. The air fry option worked flawlessly on chicken nuggets and the steam bowl was great for tamales. There are some cook times provided on the unit, visible when the door is open. This was very handy being a new user (I didn't have to have the manual handy). When in use, it was extremely quiet in comparison to the old unit it replaced. The lights are bright and fan is also on the quieter side.
