The user interface is easy to use as well as fast. I have the TV placed in a sunny area and noticed that glare is not an issue at all. Overall great value for the price.

The picture quality is truly the best—colors look rich and lifelike, blacks are perfectly deep, and the contrast makes every detail stand out whether watching movies, sports, or gaming. Everything feels cinematic without any need for extra adjustments. The only drawback is the remote design. It would be much more convenient if there were a dedicated button just for changing to the last input use, such as a button to toggle between antenna and hdmi 1. Overall, this TV sets a high bar for image quality, and with a small tweak to the remote, it would be nearly perfect.

Even in a bright room, the OLED panel handles glare surprisingly well. The new Alpha 11 AI processor does an amazing job optimizing content automatically — from 4K Blu-rays to streaming shows, everything looks crisp and lifelike. Motion is buttery smooth, and the 120Hz refresh rate combined with LG's Game Optimizer makes this a dream for gaming. The input lag is nearly nonexistent, and HDMI 2.1 support on all ports is a huge plus for next-gen consoles. The webOS interface is fast and intuitive, and pairing it with the Magic Remote feels natural — voice commands work great too. The built-in speakers are surprisingly full, but pairing it with a Dolby Atmos soundbar takes it to a whole new level. At 83 inches, the size is immersive without overwhelming the room. After 5 years of amazing quality and no issues with burn-in we jumped at the chance to add a 77 inch C5 to our collection. The CX was jaw dropping then but somehow LG just keeps getting better and better. Many don't realize that this breakthrough in technology and price was only possible due to the decades of relentless investment by LG into figuring out how to mass produce OLED TVs at an affordable price. The sound is surprisingly good for a slim TV, clear enough that I don't feel the immediate need for a soundbar. The TV itself is easy to use, but I'm still getting used to webOS, as it has a lot of menus and features tucked in the back end. Once you get familiar with it, though, it's smooth and powerful. Overall, really happy with the purchase.

Build quality appears to be solid as material of frame and base are metal vice plastic compare to other TVs in the market. Following Rting for calibration. Color saturation is good in both bright and dark rooms. I'd like to stick with realistic pictures thus opted for Dark Room Expert mode vice Vivid. Set up process is mostly painless and logical. Interface could improve to make selecting input source easier. Sound quality is average. Not really impressed with AI Pro sound mode. Stuck with Cinema. Overall, it has been good thus far after few days of use. Hopefully it'll last for longevity.

You would think a company would make it as easy as possible to purchase and acquire your item. Instead you jump through multiple hoops, many of which are in place to try and get you to forfeit your warranty. Product 4/5 company 2/5.

Can't comment on sound, use a soundbar. Slim and light. Remote works well and pairs with our Echo TV cube seemlessly. Great deal for black friday.
