Great features and awesome picture quality!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading to c5 83in from 65in oled b7A, picture quality is awesome and its a pleasure watching movies on this large screen tv. Compared to my old TV, screen on this TV is very reflective and more often need to turn off the lights for best experience. Interface is fast and smooth, app selection is good, found all the ott apps that I use. Sound through phone is an awesome feature for times you need to keep it quite. Thinq app and wifi connected features are an upgrade compared to previous tv. Remote has been a let down for me, soft click buttons would have been so much better. Just don't feel like using the remote, my old tv remote was so much better and had a premium feel. Over all I am happy with the TV.
Best Oled Tv brand on the market
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've looked through many reviews for oled tvs and the LG B,C and G series always come up on top. I owned an LG C3 that I have used as a computer monitor for 2 years and absolutely love it, playing games and watching movies on it feels like looking at a painting. Excited to now buy a 77" C5 for my living room, I know its gonna be amazing!
Great TV at a Great Price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an outstanding TV in virtually every way; outstanding picture quality (as expected from an OLED panel), and typical LG ease of use in most respects. The TV is bright, colors are vivid, and the contrast is excellent. The performance of the TV made quite the cinematic experience, and true 4k resolution also helps in creating that. Remote control is simple to use. The sound quality is also very good, best that I have seen in a tv without any external speakers. There are enough connectivity options, though I only use the HDMI2 for ARC connection to my AVR.
Outstanding Picture Quality and Smart Performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG C5 OLED is easily one of the best TVs I've used. The picture quality is stunning—deep, perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and incredible contrast that really make movies and games come alive. Brightness has noticeably improved compared to previous OLED models, which means it performs beautifully even in brighter rooms. Motion handling is excellent, and the TV's upscaling makes even older content look sharp and clean. It is very good and Best TV for everybody.
Incredible clarity of color and vividness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just got our LG OLED evo AI 77' and we absolutely love it - the image is clear, colors are vivid, and the interface is smooth and easy. The AI enhanced image and audio are pretty cool features. Viewing from sharp angles is still great, and both in well lit and dim environment, no regrets!
Great TV. Super Happy With It.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently picked up the LG C5 and it has been excellent so far. The picture quality is outstanding with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and smooth motion. The interface is fast and simple to navigate, and it works great for both movies and gaming. The design looks sleek on the wall and feels well built. Overall, I am very happy with this TV and would definitely recommend it.
Excellent Value
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2025 LG C5 77” has absolutely exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is stunning—deep blacks, vibrant colors, and incredibly smooth motion that makes everything from movies to sports feel more immersive. LG clearly refined their OLED processing again this year, and it shows. The feature set is equally impressive. The updated webOS runs fast and clean, the gaming features are top-tier, and the smart dimming/brightness adjustments work seamlessly in different lighting conditions. Setup was simple, and the overall build quality feels premium without an inflated price tag. For anyone looking to step into the OLED world without overspending, I can't recommend this TV enough. It's an outstanding entry point with performance that rivals much more expensive models. A fantastic buy.
Brilliant TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are looking for the ultimate centerpiece for your home theater, the LG OLED77C5PUA is effectively the "gold standard" TV of 2025. Succeeding the wildly popular C4, the C5 doesn't reinvent the wheel—it polishes it to a blinding shine. I have spent two weeks with the 77-inch C5, throwing everything from 4K Blu-rays to high-frame-rate PC games at it. Here is why this TV is an absolute beast. 1. Picture Quality: Intelligence Meets Intensity The headline feature this year is the new α9 AI Processor Gen8. LG talks a lot about "AI" in their marketing, but this year you can actually see it working. Brightness: While the C5 doesn't have the Micro Lens Array (MLA) tech reserved for the pricier G5, it is noticeably brighter than last year's C4. The "Brightness Booster" tech pushes highlights—explosions, streetlights, stars—with an intensity that makes HDR content pop off the screen. SDR Performance: This is the sleeper hit feature. The C5 takes standard content (like older TV shows or 1080p streams) and revitalizes it. The upscaling is cleaner, sharper, and brighter without looking artificial. Color & Contrast: You get the infinite contrast OLED is famous for. Blacks are inky and perfect. Colors are rich but natural. 2. Gaming: The Best Just Got Better If you are a gamer, stop looking. You have found your TV. The 77-inch canvas is immersive enough to replace a multi-monitor setup. 144Hz Refresh Rate: PC gamers can push frame rates up to 144Hz for buttery smooth motion. VRR & ALLM: With full support for NVIDIA G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium, screen tearing is nonexistent. Game Optimizer: The dashboard puts critical settings (black stabilizer, genre presets) one click away. Input lag is virtually undetectable. 3. Design & Usability The "C" series aesthetic remains undefeated. The panel is razor-thin—thinner than your smartphone—and the 77-inch model sits on a sturdy, premium stand (though it begs to be wall-mounted). webOS 25: The new operating system is snappier than ever. The "AI Concierge" actually learns what you like rather than just pushing random ads. Navigating between Netflix, GeForce Now, and HDMI inputs feels instant. 4. The "Wow" Factor There is something visceral about a 77-inch OLED. It fills your peripheral vision. Watching Dune: Part Two or playing Cyberpunk 2077 on this screen isn't just "watching TV"—it's an event. The sheer scale combined with the pixel-perfect contrast creates a 3D-like depth that LED TVs still can't quite replicate. Any Downsides? Sound: The built-in 2.2 channel audio is surprisingly decent with clear dialogue, but if you are spending this much on a visual masterpiece, do yourself a favor and buy a Dolby Atmos soundbar. The TV deserves it. Glass Reflection: Like all glossy OLEDs, you'll want to control the lighting in your room. It handles reflections better than the C3 or C4, but direct sunlight is still the enemy. Final Thoughts The LG OLED77C5PUA is a triumph.[1] It sits in that perfect sweet spot: significantly better than entry-level OLEDs, but much more affordable than the flagship G5 Gallery Series. If you want a TV that will make your jaw drop every time you turn it on for the next 5 years, this is the one. Pros: Stunning HDR brightness and contrast Class-leading gaming features (144Hz, 0.1ms response)[1] New Alpha 9 Gen 8 processor makes everything look 4K[2] Gorgeous, ultra-thin design[3]
Excellent TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the definitive cinematic experience. You get perfect black levels, infinite contrast, and fantastic gaming performance on a huge 77-inch canvas. While the price is premium, it's worth the investment for the absolute best picture quality.
Great OLED TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG C5 77" OLED delivers incredibly sharp, detailed images with outstanding clarity. Even fast-moving scenes look crisp, and the OLED's pixel-level contrast makes everything pop with rich colors and deep blacks. Pictures look refined, smooth, and beautifully accurate — easily one of the best visual experiences you can get in a TV this size.
