[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had four LG tv's over the years, they have all given me, reliability and enjoyment, This particular TV was so easy to fit and tune in it mostly did it itself, I wouldn't change for anything else.

Based on an internet article, I purchased this TV to also serve as a laptop and PC monitor and it has not disappointed. It has Chroma throughput and other features that make it ideal for dual use.

Hopefully it's just a software issue and can be fixed in future updates 😕. 4 stars due to this issue, otherwise it would have been 5 star's.

The picture quality is outstanding—perfect blacks, vibrant colors, and amazing contrast. Movies look cinematic, and gaming feels incredibly smooth with low input lag and 120Hz support. The design is sleek and modern, and the smart features on webOS are easy to use with all the apps I need. Sound is good, but pairing it with a soundbar makes the experience even better. Overall, this is one of the best TVs I've ever owned. Highly recommended for anyone who wants top-tier picture quality and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is amazing apart from some dim scenes when the black is too dark. No amount of tweaking improves that. The sound is also good. I can hear dialogue easily without resorting to the dialogue enhanced modes. My only criticism is the booming bass. I have tried all of the remedies to no avail and is spoiling my enjoyment of the TV. Would have had 5 stars otherwise.

Although this is a good TV we find it extremely complicated and are unable at this moment to play it through our sound system without the sound breaking up. We have played our previous TVs through it no problem. We are even considering returning it to John Lewis. All we want is to be able to switch on a TV and be able to access our Sky channels. As simple as that nothing else, no voice activation etc.

I'm not keen on the pointer option on the remote that I keep accidentally activating but I'm sure I will get used to it. A fab TV, no regrets!

I bought this c5 tv after a bit of research. No regret on the decision. Very good picture quality. The only thing still trying to understand is the TV sometimes not showing up in the Google Home even it is connected to the wifi network. Overall good purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace previous LG Tv that was 43inch this one is 48 inch but space wise not much difference due to the thin bezel picture quality are amazing 🤩 and I needed 4 HDMI ports which again is there . The sound quality is pretty good too
