Easy to assemble. Started up in seconds the first time with a simple push of the start button. Started on the first pull with cord also. Slightly noisy.

Bought my Generac generator last Fall but have not had to use it yet as no outage of power so far. Had a stand-by unit before and loved it's reliability but chose this unit with manual transfer system for whole house coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well after a short setup. It is very nice being able to switch between gas and propane. Was able to keep our camper powered all day with our propane tank.

I'm really pleased with my Generac 6500e generator. I replaced a 14 year old unit with this one and I feel like I now have a reliable back up when the storms come and the power goes out.

I bought two 6500 running watt Generac generators after the Hurricane Helene storm. Both performed exceptionally well without fail. They exceeded my expectations.

I recently purchased this generator for back up. It was easy to assemble. It started up on the third pull right out of the box. i have only needed it once, but it fired right up on the first pull, very happy with it.
