Very pleased, my generator came with a lot of nice features as standard that many other brands don't even offer, or charge extra for as upgrades. Highly recommend Generac products, great features, and value priced.

I would tell everybody that you build a awesome generator, starts 2nd pull, low noise, it is bad to the bone and if you don't buy generac I feel sorry for you because I love mine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quieter than most generators you can use 120 to 240 vote. It's got different plugs and super heavy but once you get it together, you can move it just about through anything.

Bought it for power outages and works great. Just ran it 24 hours continuously with no issues. Easy on gas at low to medium loads. Haven't run it long for big loads.

So far. So good. I haven't really had to use it yet. I purchased for power outage. I start it every month or so. It starts on one pull. Even when temperatures are below zero.

My electrician installed a transfer switch for my house main electrical box and recommended the 6.5 KW General (8K Starting) for backup. The 30 amp connection was purchased separately.

I have the Elec start model, the battery holds for many months with out a recharge. If you do need to use the rewind starter, it starts on the 1st or 2nd pull.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this product it was very durable, and it was very easy to set up and use. The noise level is similar to any portable generator. It has come in very handy when the power is out.

Purchased the unit after a ice storm. Easy to set up, started on first pull. Power was off 2 days but we were able to keep the fridge and lights on. will purchase transfer switch and install ASAP

This generator was recommended for my house as a relatively inexpensive generator for needs in house, including well water pump and sump pump. It was recommended by my electrician.
