3rd season using it and it's been great!

Here's a cleaner, professional version that still makes it very clear why you're giving it 1 star: Title: Great concept, but very poor quality I purchased this countdown calendar about two years ago and was initially really excited about it. Unfortunately, it didn't even make it through one Christmas season before it broke. When I contacted Sam's Club for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer, only to be told they didn't even know what product I was referring to. Needless to say, that left me with an expensive decoration that no longer worked and no real support from either company. It's a great concept and looks nice when it works, but the quality simply doesn't match what I expected from a Member's Mark product. For something that should be used year after year, one season of use is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing this unless the quality or warranty support has significantly improved.

very cute but poorly made. Wanted this sign so bad, I missed getting it when it first came out. Bought it last year. Put it outside as close to the house as I could. The wind took this and bent it right in half. So top heavy. Now I need to try to wire tie it together if I want to use it this year. I would not recommend this sign. Save your money unless you want it for indoors.

Great concept, but VERY POOR QUALITY! I glued all the pieces together during assembly and had it tied down with ratchet straps. every week it broke somewhere different. The metal frame broke at numerous spots. Didn't last one season. Do better Sam's. Also recieved no warranty
