Here's a cleaner, professional version that still makes it very clear why you're giving it 1 star: Title: Great concept, but very poor quality I purchased this countdown calendar about two years ago and was initially really excited about it. Unfortunately, it didn't even make it through one Christmas season before it broke. When I contacted Sam's Club for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer, only to be told they didn't even know what product I was referring to. Needless to say, that left me with an expensive decoration that no longer worked and no real support from either company. It's a great concept and looks nice when it works, but the quality simply doesn't match what I expected from a Member's Mark product. For something that should be used year after year, one season of use is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing this unless the quality or warranty support has significantly improved.
