    Christmas countdown that doesn't countdown

I wanted this sign so bad last year but it sold out. Now I have it and I put it up with my 12ft skeleton for fun now at Halloween. What I'm disappointed in is that you have to manually change the countdown everyday. Had I known this I 100% would not have purchased it. My question becomes why is it so much for this "countdown" when it doesn't even actually countdown? Maybe I'm missing something and the experts can chime in, but so far it's been on 81 days for a couple days because I assumed it changed itself.

Thank you for your review and for purchasing this item. If the countdown is not changing, it is probably because you accidentally put it into "Manual" mode, by pressing the manual button. To reset the sign and to reenable Auto Countdown Mode, simply unplug it from the outlet, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in. At that point, you will need to change the day counter, but it will automatically count down at that point. Junk! Bottom Section isnt supportive enough to handle the weight of the top! Was so excited to add this to our outdoor decoration. didn't even make it through the Holidays.

    Not Worth It

The bottom can’t support the pole and sign at all. Not even up for a whole season and it broke the base.
