This machine is the best! I live in Florida and we have mosquitoes here most of the year. Since I’ve set up the Thermacell I have not been bitten once! It takes about 20 minutes to warm up and protect your desired area but once it’s up and running you are good to go. Thank you Thermacell!

I just received this just in time for my camping trip and it was done very well in keeping mosquitos and horse flies away from our camp site, which says a lot when camping in the everglades. I really loved the included refill because it kept us bite free for almost the entire duration. It has a lower battery life than i expected but it wasnt too big of an issue. Absolutely would buy again

I received this product for free in exchange for a honest review. Me and the kids play outside everyday after school. I set this up by me while while the kids played and I’m the first one to say let’s go inside when the bugs start to get bad, this thing worked awesome we where able to stay outside longer and didn’t have to worry about getting attacked by mosquitoes. I can’t wait to bring this with us on are camping trip we are taking in a couple weeks. Would recommend and the fact it’s rechargeable is a added bonus.

I received complimentary for my honest opinion. This product does great when set next to my kids play area except on windy days it doesn't seem to help much. Another down fall is the price. The cartridge it comes with lasts around 12 hours so 2 days for my kids and it's gone. Not very budget friendly.

I'd love to give this product 5 stars because it definitely helped keep most mosquitos away but the issue I had was keeping it charged. It comes with the charger but this little device would not stay charged for us. It also comes with a 12 HR refill which is nice. There was a decrease in the mosquitos but it's not fool proof we still received some bites but nonetheless it did work to an extent.

I received this and was excited to give it a try. I like the fact that this is rechargeable and that the refills are slated to last 12 hours. But i have found that the battery life on this was only about 5 hours and that was a shock as i thought it would last as long as the refill itself. It was easy to recharge as long as one has access to electricity. As to the fact that this refill works for 12 hours i am not sure that it did last that long but it was about 8 hours that it lasted. I dont think that this was fool proof but better than not having anyting and better than usingother chemicals.

I love gardening and just hanging outside on my porch, but we have such bad mosquitos that it's really hard to enjoy the outdoors. Day or night, I get eaten alive. After a full charge, I set this Thermacell repeller out on my porch. I was able to spend several hours doing what I love without seeing a single mosquito in sight and without a single bite! I'm surprised it worked so well. My porch is also really big, so I can definitely confirm the range is very reasonable. Plus, there was no odor nor noise. Just a sleek little decoration that kept me bug-free! I also really enjoy the portability of the repeller. I can take it with me as I move about the yard to other areas and it keeps me safe from the little nasties that want to eat me. And the charge lasts quite a while too! Over 6 hours of use and it still had plenty of charge left. It's nice to be able to just charge and go. Very convenient! And no mess, too. My only concern is that I keep chickens in my backyard, so I don't want to take this within range of them for fear of it having adverse affects on them. But this is no fault of the product, of course. Just something I would be looking for in a product like this since I do spend a lot of time with my chickens, too. All in all, I really enjoyed this repeller. It seems good quality, so I expect it to last a lot of usage.

What a great solution to mosquito problems. I have 4 kids so using mosquito spray is a big much for us. You spray it and then everyone is coated in it - and it's all you can smell (and sometimes taste!) My family and I love the compact repeller and the fact that it's rechargeable makes it so was to use. It covers a large space (UP to 20 ft) My next step is to see if I can use it on a hike. Feeling optimistic

I've read the one star reviews and frankly, I don't get it. These repellers are the real deal. Silent. Effective. No scent. User friendly. I have used these units for three weeks and not seen a mosquito. Yes, they are slow to charge and recharge. That's why I purchased back-up units. In my opinion, well worth the cost.
