When we bough lt this, the company had failed to renew their domain. Everything was down for days. Couldn't register it. How do you forget to do that? I tried to call during their business hours and the recording said they were not available. Once they got back up and running, the camera would lose connection often. The only light that showed was the res atatus one that shows it was charging. After that, the light never indicated anything. And it's hard to know if it's on or off. The chimes are different but there is no documentation about it. Over all it was a very frustrating experience and I returned it. Not worth the hassle at all. They need to step their game up.

I bought this a few weeks ago and am very happy that I did. Easy to mount and the camera is great. It's fun to see the birds and with the identification, it helps me identify the ones I don't know.

purchased June 24th and already the battery will not hold a charge. charged it two days ago and it's been sunny and I'm at 0% power and having to charge it again. constantly loses connection. will be returning.
