We'd like to provide information on how and when the Opal produces ice. In general operation, ice will be continuously made to keep the bucket full and that it will melt and water will be recycled to make more ice. There are scheduling options within the SmartHQ app that allow time-specific ice production and we recommend checking to see if that feature has been enabled.
