Used it for the first time today and it is very reliable. I am 5 days post shoulder surgery with my arm in a sling, and I am able to use this product with one arm. Really love the results.

Love it - very powerful. This steamer gets hotter than the Rowenta unit I had. I am concerned about the plastic cradle that the steamer head sits it. Hope it doesn’t break

First impressions, the steamer looked a little on the cheap side. I used it once to see how quickly heats up — it heated up quickly and took care of wrinkles on a couple of thin sweaters. I hope it lasts as long as the Rowentta steamer it replaced.

This is very easy to set up. I was impressed with how quickly this heated up. This takes the creases out of my clothes perfectly and I am very happy with this steamer.

I’m very happy with how fast the wrinkles come out. I’ve had different brands before where it takes a while for the wrinkles to come out, but this one is very quick at taking them out.

When it worked, it was 5 stars but it suddenly just started leaking and stopped working. I need a replacement because the time it would take me to do one shirt, I was able to do 9.

I bought this a few months ago and I am so happy I did because it is an excellent steamer. I steam my clothes weekly and this steamer is definitely commercial grade. It has held up very well and done an excellent job. Definitely worth the price!

Heats up quickly and is great for my curtains. My only complaint is that the hose is not long enough for tall hanging curtains. I have to prop up the steamer on a ladder. Not a big deal but should be longer.
