I'm not sure if it's my beginner technique or poor wand design. It takes a while but it does the job!

This steamer does the job! I love its abilities to steam my clothes! It is also not bulky which makes it easier to store!

I don't know how people live without steamers. I have not ironed in years. I live this model, only wish it had a hook for hangers. It comes with a permanent hanger but I do many clothes at once, so it's easier to steam them on their hanger.

So far so good, I like the indicator lights and also the beeping sound to alert the user. I was hoping for it to have a cloth on the steamer and also something that would hold the clothes like a backing (like my rowenta)

I Like the steamer a lot. it's easy to assemble and use. My only suggestion would be when you're steaming. Sometimes you have to straighten out the tube so that the steam comes out faster again..

It has everything you need from a steamer on the highest area but does not work good for lower area, you need to lift garments by hands to stay on the highest so the steam can work properly. I thing they have to consider to put a longer post.

I bought a new one, everything is included, I haven't used it yet so I don't know what it is like because of the time period, I turned it on and it works

This time I ordered the one with auto shut off for safety. Commercial garment steamer X3 the best steamer I have ever owned compared to previous ones that breaks easily within a couple years.

I have to review it even though I haven't used it yet but to activate my warranty I'm gonna say this is a good steamer if it's not, I will update appropriately
