Love the way it steams and the metal head. I like the taller hanger for shirts but the pants hanger is a little hard to use.

Right off the bat it is much larger than expected and works pretty well. My only comment is that coming out of the box it smelled and had to be aired out.

I have many many steamers and this is by far the best. It has a longer pole than any other, which allows for ease in steaming long garments. It is quick to begin steaming! It is also easy to turn on and off and refill!

This steamer produces a large, consistent volume of steam for a generous amount of time. The low water warning and auto-shutoff features are a must for safety. Highly recommended!

Steams well, rack to hang clothes while steaming is very convenient. Foot pedal to turn on and off keeps you from bending down. Large water tank so don't have to refill as often.
