Good but the arms are bent so Not straight when I hang stuff

Boxed well seems sturdy. Just bought distilled water.

Only got it set up and used once ....so far so good

Easy to set up, new user but seems to go a good job

I haven't had the chance to use it yet, but it looks nice. It was easy to put together.

Had a little issue as 1st since the water kept leaking into the drain plug but finally works!

I like the more power of a full steamer. So far so good

Easy to setup. First clothing item steamed was perfect. Model is sleek and compact.

Make everything so much easier!!

It worked great for taking out the creases in my new curtains
