So far so good! Just set it up and it heats right up and only steamed a few items but worked fast and efficiently.

At 1st try, it seems to work very well. I am happy with how it steamed a new dress with many micro-wrinkles.

I have not tried it out yet bust it looks very nice. Once I have used it , I will post my true opinion.

Always wanted and needed this. No regrets. Works better than expected. Works beautifully on all the things, even drapes!

Very happy with this product, works great, easy to assemble, I prefer to use bottle water to prevent sand buildup from faucet water

I like that the steam pad is made of stainless steel instead of plastic, feels like a traditional iron. It works fine, and hope it will last a while.

This steamer works so much better than my previous but similar one. The output of steam is far stronger making it more effective and quicker

Heats up in 1 minute and provides good steam from a metal connector face. Use distilled water to reduce mineral buildup.

Used my steamer for the first time yesterday and so far impressed. Heated up very quickly, loved the foot pedal to turn on and off.

Just purchase appears to work fine. Steamer heated in accordance to time given in instructions.
