I needed a dependable steamer for my suits, and the True & Tidy SX3 does the job really well. It heats up quickly, puts out a strong and consistent flow of steam, and easily handles multiple garments without having to refill the tank. I like that it has different steam settings, which makes it safe to use on delicate fabrics as well as heavier wool suits. The foot pedal and large water tank make it simple and convenient to use, and I’ve had no issues with spitting water or leaving marks on my clothes. Overall, it’s sturdy, easy to maneuver, and exactly what I was looking for to keep my suits looking sharp. Definitely worth it if you want a reliable steamer for dress clothes.

This is a great steamer. It goes for more than enough time to thoroughly steam a long wrap dress. It felt sturdy while using. It also stows away nicely in the closet. The only criticism is it would be nice to have a place to keep the fabric brush/pants press on the unit so it doesn’t get lost.

Item works very well, but the handling is cheap. The only one handle to pick up this item is from the water tank. And once I picked it up it fell straight down while I was only left with the water gallon left in my hand. It doesn’t attach firmly. The steamer broke .. only had it for a month or two . Used twice.

I have worked with various steamers over the years and am in love with this model. I love the setup, ability to hang coats/pants from the steamer for easy and thorough steaming. Doesn't spit or sputter, so easy and quick to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

I’ve only had the steamer for about a week, but so far, it’s been great. I like the large reservoir, the auto shut off, on-off kick button, the locking hanger holder ( thick hangers fell my old one ). I’m tall so the height of the pole is great for me. There is only one steam setting but so far, that hasn’t been an issue. I love the white color.

The steamer is as described, large reservoir tank. The steam supply lasts according to manufacturer specs. Incan also use the stainless hand held end as an iron.The wheels make it mobile…but it needs modifying to be able to pull it without having to bend over in 1/2 awkwardly.

I’m happy with this new steamer, the steaming part works really well. I was disappointed to find that it does not have a traditional on off switch. In order to turn it fully off you have to unplug it. It’s a bit more than I wanted to deal with, but I’m keeping it anyway. If you accidentally leave it plugged in it does have an automatic shut off when it runs out of steam.

Works great so far. Heats up quickly and was super easy to set up. I’m using in a clothing boutique. The wheels are convenient to move around and I like that it’s as simple as plugging in and turning on. The lights are helpful in knowing when to refill the tank.

I absolutely love this steamer! I’ve been using daily for over a year now. Heats up quickly and efficiently. I use this daily to steam about 10-15 pieces of clothing! Tank holds plenty of water so I don’t have to worry about constantly refilling it. It is sturdy but lightweight enough. Has wheels to easily move around as well. 100% recommend.
