[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying how beautiful this set is the color oyster is so pretty the pearl color on the inside and pale pink almost gray it’s so unique. I have been using these nonstop since I received them. Nothing sticks I made honey garlic chicken, fish, vegetables, pancakes everything cooks evenly. I did follow the quick tips preheating and using silicone utensils as I want to preserve them as long as I can. No warping so far and I have cooked multiple meals. Clean up is a breeze all I used was a soft sponge and everything just melts off easily. I of course recommend green pan frying pans to everyone you will love these. I was so excited to find healthy cookware for my kitchen. I bought multiple green pans. After a year of use they started chipping around the edge and handle attachment. I called William Sonoma, they said call the manufacturer. Green Pan said it’s normal wear and tear to have it flake off in your food but it doesn’t have BPAs in it! I just don’t feel comfortable with serving pan material in my families food.

It gets hot fast and you don't want to put cooking spray on it because it does say not to but also it'll burn. I would buy one of these if you cook alot and you want something economical friendly to that extent.
