I’ve been cooking with the GreenPan Reserve Collection in Sage, and I’m honestly in love. Not only does it look gorgeous in my kitchen, but it’s also ceramic and completely PFAS-free, which means I feel good about using it to cook meals for my family. I made a cozy chicken curry the other day, and it cooked so evenly without anything sticking. The pan feels luxe, cleans up beautifully, and honestly makes me want to cook more.

Living in a small NYC apartment, everything is out in the open, so I want my kitchen pieces to feel like a natural extension of my space. I cook every day, so it’s not enough for cookware to look good — it has to perform. Reserve Pro is exactly that. The cream color with the gold-tone handles fits perfectly with the rest of my apartment, and the performance? Next-level. It’s unbelievably nonstick —nothing sticks, cleanup is a breeze, and I’ve never had to soak a pan. It’s rare to find something this gorgeous and this functional. I couldn’t recommend Reserve Pro more. She’s the real deal!

The color is gorgeous and gives my kitchen such a clean, elevated look. What really stood out to me too are the newly redesigned lids. They sit more securely, feel sturdier, and do such a great job of locking in moisture and flavor while cooking. Of course, the nonstick is amazingggg — super slick, easy to clean, and I love that it’s PFAS-free. I've used the set for everything from pasta dishes to sautéed veggies, and it performs beautifully every time. Reserve Pro really feels like a refined, thoughtful upgrade — I can’t wait for others to try it!

Unfortunately, the quality of the non-stick surface is a major letdown. The coating started to peel and chip away surprisingly easily after I cleaned it with a standard kitchen scrubber. This is a significant durability issue that keeps me from recommending it.

What’s even better is they clean up nice and easy, the sizes are perfect for cooking small and large things. They seem to be well made as well, when I used them to look it seemed very even in temp and nothing over cooked. Highly recommend these for cooking, your kitchen will look amazing with this addition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these pans. Aesthetically they are very eye catching. They are a little on the heavier side, but not in a bad way. It is just because they are built to be sturdy. You can tell the handles are well attached because there is no wiggle, but because they are metal they can heat up quite a bit if they are next to another burner that is on. The point of contact with the stove is completely flat so it results in even heating of the pan. It does say on the packaging that it can be used for all stove types except induction burners, so if you have that type of stove top you might want to look into a different pan. It also says that it is oven and broiler safe up to 600°F, but I never tried doing that. So far I haven't had any issues using the pans on a gas burner. After they are heated up, the pans retain their heat well and they heat evenly. The bottom of the pans still look new after many uses. They say they are dishwasher safe, but I have only hand washed them. The pans are easy to clean, and I haven't had any issues with food sticking to the pan. Personally, I think it would be more convenient if they had some kind of pour spout for pouring out oil and grease so it wasn't as messy. Also with the way I like to cook, I wish they came with lids, but that is just my preference. These pans are really nice. They cook evenly, clean easily, and don't feel like they are going to fall apart. That is what really makes a good pan.

I was gifted the GreenPan Reserve Pro Collection, and I’m obsessed! The nonstick is amazing—everything slides right off, and cleaning takes seconds.I love that it’s PFAS-free and diamond-infused, so it feels super safe and durable.The gold handles and matching lids make my kitchen look so chic. They even stack neatly, which saves me a ton of space. Honestly, cooking feels way more fun with these pans!

I have had these for a few weeks now. I love the color. They seem durable and slick. I have put mine in the broiler for about 5 minutes with no problem. I got these to replace my two year old Venice Pro Stainless Steel that was chipping and no longer nonstick. One thing to note is that the sides of this pan are noticeably shorter than my old Venice Pro. I have bought silicone pan protectors that I hope will better protect these and lead to them lasting longer. I wish they sold more individual pieces because i definitely don’t need a full set.

These non-toxic pans were gifted to me and I am very impressed with the high quality and craftsmanship. The nonstick is amazing (nothing sticks!), they clean up easily, and the gold handles are sturdy and so stylish. I love that they're oven proof (lids too!). Honestly, I find myself wanting to cook just so I can use them.

I love the nonstick ceramic coating and I am really happy to add it to my collection of larger GreenPan pans. I love how effectively and evenly it cooks, and how food doesn't stick to it. It's also easy to clean and great for frying eggs or other smaller items.
