[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints with my Sonic series 6400. I love the Sonic brand. My dental hygienist 1st recommended it to me. I have since purchased one for my daughter and grandbaby. I want them to have the best oral hygiene products available. You are a cut above in dental care. Philips Sonic tooth brushes is the way to go. Rest assured.

I bought this to replace my previous Sonicare which lasted 10 years. This unit is smaller, lighter and less powerful. The battery life is significantly less and it only has 2 modes. The brush heads that come with it are very small. It just feels low quality. It is inexpensive and there's a reason why. I very seldom take anything back after I open it, so I will keep them and put one in my travel bag and keep the other as a backup. I will gladly spend the extra $$$ for a new upgraded Sonicare toothbrush like I had previously. I noted that most of the 5 star reviews were by people getting them in some type of promotion.
