Decent first electric toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you've been using a regular toothbrush, you will likely notice a difference moving to this electric toothbrush and there's a possibility you may have that clean feeling you have when you've just left your dentist appointment. If you've been using electric toothbrushes, this is likely not going to be very impressive. I received this product for free as part of a product test and as a long-time user of Philips electric toothbrushes, I am not all that impressed. This toothbrush is simple to use as there is only one button you need to press to turn it on and it's length is more similar to a standard toothbrush. Once you turn it on, it divides cleaning time into six segments - 20 seconds each top left, top center, top right, bottom left, bottom center, bottom right (and you can choose the order based on which hand you use - as a righty, that's what is easiest for me). There is a sound indicator letting you know to move to the next area. This makes a soft hum/whistle type noise that bothers my ears when holding this brush at certain angles and it just winds to an odd end, both of which are very different from my current purchased model. This toothbrush definitely holds a charge well, which is a great thing. I've been using this twice daily for two weeks and it still appears to only have used 1/3 of the battery power. That's really great as the charger is a USB charger only and when this will need charging, I'll have to charge the toothbrush in another room. My dentist first recommended I pick up a Philips electronic toothbrush decades ago and I'd found one at Costco that I'd used for over 15 years before it fell on my bathroom tiled floor and would no longer charge. I replaced it with (another purchased) Philips model 9300 as I prefer having options as to what level of intensity I'd like to brush with as well as the cleaning type I'd like. I was left feeling like the model given to me hadn't done as good a job brushing my teeth. It is definitely more cost-effective initially than the model I purchased, though. Again, if you haven't used an electric toothbrush before and are looking for something a bit more budget-friendly, this would be a decent choice especially because it's by Philips and their products last if you treat them well.

Great Toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this toothbrush five stars overall because I honestly felt it really helped get my teeth clean much better than when I used a manual toothbrush. Another plus is the built in timer it really helps to know if you're brushing long enough. If you have gums that are sensitive this toothbrush really doesn’t cause any discomfort it actually felt like a little message on my gums. Lastly the charge is great and the charger doesn’t take up much space. I received the product for free as part of a product test.

Quietest Sonicare I've had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *** I received this product free as part of a product test *** The item is a typical Sonicare toothbrush that once turned on stays on for two minutes per button press. It has two options for brushing style - sensitive and clean. Also, there's three speeds (1, 2, or 3 lights). The brush does make an audible sound every thirty seconds to let the user know that they need to move to the next area of the mouth. The battery on the toothbrush does last longer than my other toothbrush so that was positive for me. However, I would likely use a different brush as the bristles are entirely too soft for me and I don't feel that it's brushing or cleaning enough compared to my other brushes.

Simple and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush has a minimalist design with simple operation. Brushing is comfortable and the unit vibrates to let you know to change to the next section of your mouth. I have no issues or complaints regarding this product.

Cleans Teeth Effectively

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Phillips Sonicare 5300 is superior to other rechargeable toothbrushes, because it removes plaque better and whitens my teeth better. I love that this toothbrush.is easy to use and it is gentle on my teeth, while effectively cleaning them. I received this product for free as part of a product test.

Powerful, compact and great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size and weight of the toothbrush. It is much lighter than previous electric toothbrushes. I enjoy the various settings for speed and cleaning. The timer works great to ensure I'm staying on pace with brushing the areas of my teeth. The only complaint is it got scratched up easier than I anticipated (while traveling). Oh, the battery life is AMAZING. I have not charged it once for over 2 weeks and see no loss in power.

This electric toothbrush is worth the price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free as part of a product test. I've been using this electric toothbrush for about two weeks now, and it has been great! I've noticed that my teeth are already starting to look visibly whiter while using the brush (and swapping to this electric toothbrush is the only change I've made to my routine). Also, the brush lasts long between charges, so I don't need to always leave it on its charger between uses. I would recommend this electric toothbrush to anyone who wants an affordable electric toothbrush that performs well and lasts long.

Like this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is really good! Two best features are 1- when you turn your toothbrush off or accidentally hit the off button before the two minutes is up, it starts from the time you’ve already brushed. 2- it has section timers. So like 20 seconds for each 6 zones of your teeth. And each 20 seconds it vibrates so you know when to switch zones. The 4 stars would have been 5, but this one seems like the vibration is not as high as my previous sonicares, but maybe it’s better for my teeth?

Cleans teeth thoroughly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall design of the brush and it cleans my teeth thoroughly. However even using the low setting it seems to be very high vibration and makes my teeth sensitive. Maybe I will get more used to it when I use it more. The charge lasts a really long time which I love.

Excellent brush, but with one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brush works extremely well, especially once you get used to the settings and how to change them. However, connecting the toothbrush to the Philips app would be helpful. Hopefully, that is a feature to be added to the final product.
