Definitely doesn't toast evenly. One side only regardless of setting. I thought I hit the bagel button. Nope, it just sucks.

This takes the ease of toasting multiple bagels and bread to an all new level when preparing breakfast for a large family.

It is a very nice all round toaster. Easy to set up and use. Toast comes our consistent. After a couple of purchased toasters from other source, one that failed on day 2, it was a relief to get one that actually works.

I haven't used it much yet, but so far so good, both sides pop at the same time and both were evenly toasted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot see the toast level knob settings. It gets washed out in the stainless steel look. This should be addressed. I had to mark “dots” with a black marker to see the set level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it once, but I am so happy with this toaster. Slots are wide, toasting was perfect, and it looks very attractive on my countertop.

This is a nice large slot toaster. It makes great toast with it's settings pretty true. The only issue I have with it is the push down handle, which seems to be an afterthought to an otherwise well designed appliance.
