Good-looking steel construction. Controls are clear and easy to use. Toasting is consistent. Highly recommend.

The wide slots are great for bagels and frozen waffles. The temperature is somewhat hard to get right. Takes a few tries to get the color right.

had it 2 days and had to return...........a great bread warmer but a lousy toaster. lets hope the replacement is better!
