We were pleased with the old one. It lasted many years but died because of lack of maintenance, you know, like cars and woman, just put gasoline and go, with this is just pour water and steam. I will buy distilled water for this one even if I have filtration and softener for the whole house, its got to be Florida…

I absolutely love this steamer so much, I literally use it every single day that it has slowly started to break on me. It’s still running perfectly fine, but because my entire family uses it everyday it’s a bit work on after having it for 3 years. I 100% recommend you get this steamer, it does a great job removing wrinkles and it isn’t a hassle to move around!

I just got this steamer, so I cannot speak to the longevity of it, but I can say that it was very easy to assemble and set up. The operation is easy and it seems to have done a very good job. The directions were nice and clear so now hopefully it will last as long as my last steamer did!

I have worked with various steamers over the years and am in love with this model. I love the setup, ability to hang coats/pants from the steamer for easy and thorough steaming. Doesn't spit or sputter, so easy and quick to use on a daily basis. Highly recommend!

I’ve only used it one day but so far the steaming power seems really good. My sweater was very wrinkled and it steamed all the wrinkles out!

Works great. Only negative is that a little water stays in the steamer after the container is taken out. No problem unless it's not used in a while.

Great product. I can steam my weeks worth of clothes for work in the time my handheld steamer would do one. Highly recommend.

Second steamer I've had, this one is awesome so far. Only steamed 2 shirts since setting up but I like what I see.
