Everything I could want in a coffee maker! User friendly! Easy! Quick! Lots of options! The value is unmatched. Often you find people paying double for an espresso maker while this makes espresso and more. I am addicted to the cold brew! The maintenance isn’t bad. It has a little “plunger” indicator when it’s time to clean the water tray out. Would recommend!

The quality of this machine is amazing. Every cup taste like it comes straight from one of your local coffee shops. I’ve honestly stopped going to the local coffee shops since I purchased Ninja Luxe 3 in 1. The day I got it, it made a loud noise that I wasn’t expecting, but that’s just the way it sounds. It has like a little knocking sound when you go to froth your milk that just means it heating up. One thing to remember to make sure the handle is placed where it says locked. If you don’t it will come off because it has a lot of pressure. And at the beginning it’s hard to get it to lock all the way but do the best you can to get it as close to where it says LOCKED. Over time it gets easier to Lock. I promise you this, it’s the best money I have spent on a coffee, espresso machine that compares to a local coffee shop. And there’s nothing like having fresh coffee beans grinding right before you. I rate it a 10

One of my best friends (shoutout Lily Marvin!) recommended this machine so I bought it last month and it’s AMAZING! I haven’t bought coffee at a shop since I got it, it’s so quick and easy and efficient. I have 2-4 americanos/day and I’m still on my first bag of whole beans. Favorite coffee recipe: bones coffee salted caramel, double espresso shot x2 (click start brew 2x, don’t redo the filter basket) add sugar to the hot espresso shots to melt it better, pour over ice and add your milk! Super easy caramel latte

Love love love this coffee machine!! The overall design of the machine is very aesthetically pleasing, the size is also brilliant as it’s not too bulky. It can make so many different types of coffee including iced coffee with the cold foam. It’s very easy to clean and easy to use. It was so simple to set up, a very easy process. It’s not noisy at all unlike some other machines. The overall performance of the machine is brilliant. 10/10 definitely recommend!

This coffe machine is incredibly versatile and easy to use. It makes great espresso, coffe , and cold brew , all in one machine. The drinks taste delicious, and the features make it feel like a coffee experience at home. Definitely worth it for coffe lovers.

I bought this machine in January 2025. We loved it and enjoyed how many options there were. We told many friends about it and people enjoyed using it while they were visiting. Eight months in, the grinder failed and Ninja replaced it under warranty (we just had to pay shipping). This past weekend, more grinder issues, grinding too coarse, too much coffee that it was overflowing the portafilter, shots pulling in 5–10 seconds instead of 30. Completely undrinkable. The machine kept prompting me to go finer and finer until I hit grind size 2 — and it was still grinding too coarse. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with support running every troubleshoot they had, and in the end was told the machine needs to be replaced — but I'm just outside warranty, so the best they could offer is 30% off a new one. A premium espresso machine shouldn't fail twice before within a year and a half. This is a product quality issue, not bad luck. We have many other shark and ninja products that have not failed us like this one. Ninja, I'd love to stay a customer — but this isn’t right.

This by far is the best money ever spent!!!! The best tasting coffee I’ve made by far it’s so versatile I fought long and hard but it was a Father’s Day gift I knew it would be used for a very long time so ready to start my coffee bar!!!!! The controls are easy it comes with a QR so you can watch videos on the how to’s perfect size to fit under my cabinet, compared to my other coffee machine this takes way less time ,grinds the beans to perfection easy to clean and built very sturdy love the design as well the frother option is amazing 🤩
