After three weeks of using this coffee machine on a daily basis, I can just say it is amazing. Very easy to prepare different kinds of coffee drinks, build quality is solid, keeps the kitchen clean (no spills). I also like that its accessories are kept with the machine itself, so no need to look for them in kitchen drawers.

I am a serious coffee drinker, but I didn't know the science of espresso; I just wanted great coffee. For the price point, the Luxe has a whole lot of features and has some features that more expensive machines have. So far, all of the drinks are great, and it is pretty easy to use, which was important to me. Cleanup seems easy, the machine is quiet, and versatile with thoughtful touches like storage for the accessories. I am very happy with my purchase

I love my Ninja so far! I've made several drinks so far and getting adjusted to the machine which takes a lot of the guess work out which is great for a novice like me. I'm so excited to get better at making delicious drinks. The machine seems very well made.

Love, love , love this machine! We had a Keurig coffee maker, and a Nespresso. We’ve put those away and are just using this Ninja and it is easy to use and makes amazing coffee. Easy to follow online instructions, and I love that everything sits nestled into the machine when you’re not using it. Can’t recommend it enough.

Bought the luxe and it leaked right out of the box. Sent it back and got a replacement. This one worked two weeks and the grinder malfunctioned. The machine, when working did great. One down side is you can not make a single shot, only a double. Two machines in one month was enough for me to buy a different brand. It’s a good idea but cheaply made. Also they gave me a ration of crap about returning the second one!

I bought this machine 3 weeks ago, and let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve ever made!! I can’t stop talking about it to everyone I know, it’s literally a game changer to the point I’m selling my nespresso and keurig machine. This machine does everything! Literally whatever I’m craving I can make it easily by following the easy and clear ninja instructions and there you have it! (The Ninja luxe cafe inspiration guide is fantastic!), A better tasting coffee than coffee shops or just as good as the good coffee shops! It saved me so much money cuz I stopped getting my coffee from other shops. I love how it has built in storage for the loose parts, I love how it has the barista assist and it’s on point every single time, and how it grinds the coffee beans differently for every drink you choose, I love all the coffee options it has, the milk frother is also brilliant with its self purge and all its functions ranging from thin froth to cold brew foam! This machine is literally what makes me jump out of bed with so much enthusiasm and excitement every morning! I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Ninja and to all the cool ninjas behind the scenes who worked so hard to bring this amazing machine! So much thoughtfulness, experience and dedication and it shows! Bravo!

I had been reading about the Ninja Luxe for awhile. We went around to MANY stores, looked on line and always found other stuff offered. I finally went directly to the company direct and so glad we did. This Ninja Luxe is simply SMART and AMAZING! It really does take the guesswork out of being a true Barista! The videos were so simple to follow and showed every step. We make everything from a wonderful tasting cup of coffee, to an Iced Carmel Macchiato and can add beautiful thin or thick frothing and lots more all in our very own kitchen. We are enjoying this Ninja Luxe everyday.

It's like having Cafe quality cappuccino and lattes in your home 24/7! It's insanely easy to use! We make the best tasting espresso drinks now thanks to this machine. Best purchase since the slushi maker! I highly recommend buying this, especially if you are a beginner, because it takes ALL the guess work out of making espresso. I have recommended it to all my friends and coworkers and theirs are being shipped as I write this review.

This product is the worse thing I've ever bought. We're on our 2nd one. The 1st one lasted a week before I noticed it was not making the correct amount. We were able to get another one through the warranty and here we are, same issue. If you want a foo foo drink "maybe" it works, but for drip Coffee this thing is useless. What a waste of money.

Overall, I love the Cafe Luxe! It took me about a week and a half to dial in the espresso and coffee to my exact preference, but once I got there it was all worth it. Stick with it and only change one variable at a time. I will say that the milk frother is more manual for me because I like a medium froth (not too milky and not too stiff). I end up turning off the froth right when the last progress light lights up on the cappuccino level. I do wish the Euro version was released in the US because I think some of my issues would be fixed. Tip: there are advanced settings in the safety booklet.
