I had been reading about the Ninja Luxe for awhile. We went around to MANY stores, looked on line and always found other stuff offered. I finally went directly to the company direct and so glad we did. This Ninja Luxe is simply SMART and AMAZING! It really does take the guesswork out of being a true Barista! The videos were so simple to follow and showed every step. We make everything from a wonderful tasting cup of coffee, to an Iced Carmel Macchiato and can add beautiful thin or thick frothing and lots more all in our very own kitchen. We are enjoying this Ninja Luxe everyday.

I'm a regular coffee drinker so If there was any updates to this machine my opinion would be to allow a smaller amount of coffee grinds for a cup of coffee. We have to set it to a 6 or 8 oz cup of coffee grind for beans then turn it off and then on and set it to 12 oz. cup but then you can't tamp it down because you have to use the luxe basket.

Nice design but not solid specially bottom I like all coffee it makes just not satisfied for expresso one I think because despenser coffee to big for expresso coffee I love forter milk. Bur still my favorite products is ninja I have almost all ninja products.

Had this for a couple of weeks, and We use it daily. I had a combo Expresso/Coffee maker machine that sat on the counter and only used once in a while. The big difference between the machines is how much easier the Ninja is. I swear it’s 1-2-3 and your drink is done, also clean up is easy peasy. The whole family uses it! We now make an assortment of drinks even for guests, like our own Barista at home.

Wanted to love this machine due to its advertised simplicity and ability to do regular “drip” coffee. But unfortunately this machine was not for me. No matter if I followed the recommendation from the machine or tried changing the grind size or brew temp it always tasted burnt. The burnt taste followed from espresso setting and in the “drip” coffee setting as well. Have tried various beans and cleared the grinder before putting the new beans. Though it is really simple to use personally some tuning is needed to the software to get recommended settings to not have the espresso or coffee tasting burnt. Ended up returning the product though still waiting for the refund.

So, I never write reviews. Like, ever. I usually think they’re a waste of time, especially if the product is good. I mean, we all feel the need to leave bad reviews when something’s awful, right? But this thing? I love it so much that I actually went back through my emails just to find the one Ninja sent me asking for a review. That’s how much I love it.Trust me, you won’t regret getting this. It does everything you could want for coffee. It might not be barista-level, but hey, I’m not a barista—I just want great coffee at home, and this thing makes it so easy. It walks you through everything, comes with everything you need, and even stores all the tools right in the machine. Super handy!Honestly, Ninja, you’ve outdone yourself. I’m obsessed with this thing.

This is our first espresso machine. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The machine is very easy to use and performs really well. The quality of the coffee is excellent. We do use higher quality coffee beans, which does make a difference with the performance of the machine.

The design is incredibly well thought out, especially the storage compartments, everything has its own place, which makes it super organized. I also love that the bean hopper is tucked inside the machine, so it fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinet without taking up extra space. One of the standout features for me is the cold foam: it’s unbelievably thick, just like something you’d get from a café. The machine has practically replaced several other gadgets in my kitchen, making it a real space-saver. Plus, it’s so foolproof; even if you’re not a coffee expert, you’ll still get amazing results every time. I’m really excited about all the options and customizations this machine offers. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic espresso or something more experimental, it’s got me covered. I also appreciated the water hardness test that came with it—it's clear the developers really thought of everything to ensure the best possible coffee experience.

I’ve only had it for a little while, and so need some more time to really go through all the brewing options correctly, but as someone who wants to a) have a variety of coffee beverages and b) learn how to experiment with them at home, I think this is a great product to do so. It came in a big box but is not as overpowering on my countertop as I would’ve expected and still manages to look very compact, especially considering that it combines several products into one - not having a separate grinder and frother cluttered around this is a definite plus. The built-in scale is a bonus - I never actually used to weigh out my grounds, so I appreciate getting the benefit of the correct amount without having to do it myself, and I did notice that it pours a more flavorful espresso that way (who knew?). I also like that this prevents me from messing up my drip coffee. I do like the milk frother and have been so happy to be able to make and add cold foam to my drinks. My husband does say the there’s more bubbles in the foam than there should be but I think that’s more to do with my learning curve with this machine than with the product itself, although I will see how it goes over time. I’m deducting a point because I’ve previously been using an espresso machine that had an attached drip coffee pot, which was a great alternative for when we needed to make a larger amount of coffee quickly. This only makes one cup of drip coffee at a time, which is great for not wasting coffee, but not a good option for entertaining or being efficient. I’ll need to get a separate drip coffee pot regardless. Also, while it does take most of the guesswork out like it says, I still find myself taking more time up front to figure everything out. I really, really appreciate all of the guides Ninja provided for this product however - it’s definitely more than other companies have provided and going through them has actually been helpful. I’ll update this review once I’m more comfortable with the machine and have gone through all of the settings and options fully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow… simply wow! This Luxe Cafe Premier Series by Ninja is a beauty! It’s easy to setup and use. I like how fresh and rich my coffee tastes after using this. I absolutely love how expressos taste after making them with this. They’re delicious. Compared with coffee and expressos bought in store, I would say they taste just as delicious when made from this machine. I love the look and quality of this machine. The machine is a little heavy but that is a good thing so no one can knock it over. :-)
