Absolutely the best coffee that I've had. (And I'm saving a substantial amount of money by making it at home!) Once I got through the learning process, I've mastered the Ninja Luxe and now every sip is satisfying! Great machine, well-built, over engineered and I'm thrilled with the results!

I’ve had this machine about 3 weeks now, I use it every single day. It’s easy to use and clean. Only issue I have is brewing a quad shot. I have yet to use it for regular coffee but I like that I have that option. My husband just wishes there was a single shot option.

I thoroughly enjoy this machine. Makes great coffee and comes with all the stuff. If you're just starting out on your espresso journey, this is a great place to start. If you want to customize, it's a little less flexible (truly only a little less) - ie. currently only this portafilter works in this machine, so if you want to really SEE your pour like in a bottomless one you won't be able to swap (yet). Very user friendly, yields great results.

When I use the luxe basket, a lot of grounds fall out from the side and wasting my beans. The refill water mode keeps showing up after grinding or brewing even though the water container is still full. I only had it fir 2 weeks. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I might just have to return it?

This machine does everything I expected and more. Fresh ground tastes so much better and the smell in the morning! Milk frofting works well on all settings. We are able to do any type of coffee depending on our desire. Get this it is easy to do the daily cleaning! At this price point it is the best on the market. Gland we choose this for our home.

This thing is a beast, and I mean that in the best possible way. First of all, I love the fact that you can use whole beans with this machine. This means I have endless options when it comes to flavor profiles and blends. It's like having my own personal coffee shop in my kitchen! The smell of freshly ground coffee beans every morning is just amazing, and it makes my whole house smell like a coffee shop. It's the perfect way to start my day. I love this thing. I use it first thing in the morning. I drink my cappuccino. On the way out to work around lunch time I make myself an ice coffee. I have only owned it for two weeks. On my off time I try a different drinks. Last week I made an espresso martini. It is impressive and a topic of conversation once spotted by visitors. They all want to try a cup of coffee. Grind, brew, froth, serve, enjoy. Next toy is the Ninja Slushy Machine.

I've always known ninja to be a good brand and I have purchased other products made by them and been happy with the quality. I wanted to stop paying so much. At the coffee shop, be able to make the same. If not better quality coffee at home with an espresso machine but didn't know whoa, who is the right one? I'm glad that I got this one. Does everything I need and more? Still, haven't really figured out all of the different drinks I can make. But it does everything it says, very well from grinding the beans to making the espresso and frotting the milk. I definitely recommend given this espresso A shot.

Bought the luxe and it leaked right out of the box. Sent it back and got a replacement. This one worked two weeks and the grinder malfunctioned. The machine, when working did great. One down side is you can not make a single shot, only a double. Two machines in one month was enough for me to buy a different brand. It’s a good idea but cheaply made. Also they gave me a ration of crap about returning the second one!

It looks complicated, but there are QR codes and videos to accompany the included printed material, and the displays also guide one along from grinding to brewing. The first step in setup is testing the water hardness with included test strips. Each time you fill the bean hopper (with a UV-protective cover), the machine likes to be calibrated for best results. The portafilters, dosing funnel, spring-assisted tamper, and cleaning brush all stow into designated places on the sides. One feature I especially like is that the frothing unit’s steam wand has a purge function that sends fresh steam through it to clean out any residual milk. That purged water collects in the base of the unit. There is a little float button in the corner that pops up when the water in the base needs to be emptied. The machine will suggest which grind setting is best for the drink you want to make, and then you just rotate the grinder dial unto the setting matches the recommendation. The grinder weighs the portafilter and knows precisely how much coffee to grind for the drink you want. We have been enjoying both espresso drinks and rich classic drip coffees. The frothing unit can produce several types of velvety froth. Ninja has done its best to make the machine accessible for the average person. There are QR codes and stickers showing classic beverage instructions. Fabrication is excellent quality. Lots of stainless steel, and any plastics are of high quality. The water reservoir is thoughtfully designed, with volume markings, ergonomically designed hand grips that also serve as mounting notches, and a fairly high capacity so that you’re not having to refill it after just a couple of uses. It is also surprisingly easy to clean. I don’t have a knock box but have been using a plastic citrus peeler to dislodge the used ‘puck’ from the portafilter after each use. The machine looks good, feels good, and produces really lovely beverages. My aunt really looks forward to afternoon salted caramel cappuccino time!
