I bought this for my boutique. We do a lot of steaming daily and I tried multiple steamers before this one. This is by the far the best one I have tried so far. Customer was very helpful.

Really excited to have this for my household. Didn’t try it yet- my toddler put me his clothes to test out. Assembly for product was very simplistic. The guide of how to and troubleshooting very informative.

I had a little leaking problem, which the company resolved very quickly with a new unit. Nothing but outstanding support. I do recommend the 800 number for the initial contact, with great email responses thereafter.
