I absolutely love the durability, efficiency and versatility of the True & Tidy Commercial Heavy Duty Garment Steamer with the extra large 2.9L water tank. It’s so easy to use and the extra large tank allows me to steam all my garments all at once without re-filling! I love the multiple options of hanging the garment for steaming. I also love that you can adjust the height on the garment stand. The tank has wheels which makes it easy to move around. This is by far the best Garment steamer I’ve ever used and it will be the only one I’ll use!!! The quality is amazing and the steaming power is superb, it left all my garments look like they just came from being professionally pressed all in the convenient of my own home with this amazing steamer. I highly recommend the True & Tidy Commercial Heavy Duty Garment Steamer with e tea large 2.9L water tank.

We were pleased with the old one. It lasted many years but died because of lack of maintenance, you know, like cars and woman, just put gasoline and go, with this is just pour water and steam. I will buy distilled water for this one even if I have filtration and softener for the whole house, its got to be Florida…

I bought this a month ago and had a slight problem with the tank. The customer service is wonderful and they took care of my issue. I have a retail shop and we cannot be with out a steamer. Again, very pleased with customer service which is extremely important to me.

I’ve only had the occasion to use this steamer a couple of times. It works really well. It starts steaming in about 1 minute and the wrinkles fall out quickly. The only thing left is the test of time and durability. I will only use distilled water in this device so scaling should be little to nonexistent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had gotten the X3 Commercial Full-Size Garment Steamer sooner! This steamer is so easy to use and every single feature is thoughtfully designed, from the hanger holder that tightens to keep clothes in place to the extra-long hose that allows you to really steam every inch of the garment without a struggle. The steamer is on two wheels, so it's super sturdy, but easy to move. The garment rack / steamer holder goes up and down so it's easier to store and the hose is insulated and reinforced so you won't burn yourself on it. The on/off switch is located exactly where you think it should be and the whole design is just really well thought out. Steaming clothing is fast and easy. Just fill the water tank, plug it in and turn it on. Steam started coming out in less than a minute and I was in business. Steam production is steady, so you don't have to keep stopping or going back over places. There's enough steam to remove wrinkles, but not so much that everything is damp when you're done. Steaming is easier and takes less time than ironing and with the X3 Commercial Full-Size Garment Steamer, you don't have to fumble around with an ironing board! So far I've just tried it on clothes, but I bet I could easily steam pillows and potentially even the corner of my area rug that keeps curling up. Such a great design! My only complaint is the instructions. They could have been a little more detailed, especially in regards to actually using the steamer and the fabric / trousers attachment that goes on the steamer head.

The easy on and off petal makes everything really straightforward. It feels very durable and sturdy as well. I love that it has wheels as well, which makes it easy to move around. It fits a lot of water in the container as well, which is great so you don’t have to refill as often. I love the hanger and pants hanger included as well. The hanger part rotates 360 degrees, which is very convenient. I tried it with a black button up shirt and it got the wrinkles out perfectly. Overall, I definitely recommend this product. I’ve been using the SALAV X3 for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. It heats up quickly and puts out strong, consistent steam that makes getting wrinkles out of clothes super easy. The large water tank is a huge plus—less refilling, more steaming. I also love the foot pedal and the adjustable pole, which make it convenient to use. It feels sturdy and well-built, definitely not flimsy like some other steamers I’ve tried. Great for home use and would work well in a small business too. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently tried this steamer and it’s amazing compared to my handheld. It’s easy to set up and even easier to use. It heats up quickly and holds a good amount of water which makes for quick steaming. The only thing I would maybe change is the handle at the top, it doesn’t hold the steam hose securely but it’s not something that bothers me!

I’ve never owned one before, I’d just hang in the bathroom and hope the shower steam helped which really was not productive! This is so awesome and actually works to dewrinkle! I can now do my husbands work shirts and pants instead of needing to send elsewhere. Took me a bit to get the hang of but it’s so useful!
