This unit is powerful and effective. With 1800 watts of steam and sturdy construction, I am confident this unit will deliver years of service, using distilled water of course. The unit delivered steam in under 2 minutes. The hose appears well constructed and easy to hold. The only accessory I wish was included was a heat safe paddle for those rolled shirts edges.

My original steamer broke, so I received this wonderful steamer for Christmas. It works so much better than my old one from another brand. The hose is long, the body is sturdy, and the them does not leave spots on the clothing. I love the swivel on the telescoping arm. It makes the steaming super easy without the need to reposition the clothes. Great design overall!

Just used my Salav X3 Steamer and fell in love. I usually iron my clothes and it takes me so long that I dread doing it. Holding an iron is so cumbersome, and I always have to fill the water reservoir because it is so much smaller than the one this steamer has. I steamed 7 flannel shirts today and still have half of the water left. I finished in half the time it would have taken me to iron them. I absolutely love the attached plastic hanger this steamer has to hold the clothing straight up instead of having to use an ironing board and having to constantly shift parts of the clothing around to iron each part. The steamer is lightweight in comparison to an iron and it made it so much less tedious of a job getting all the creases and wrinkles out of each shirt. This steamer is quick in making each shirt look crisp and wrinkle-free. It is slightly more expensive than an iron but I am saving time getting my shirts ready for the week and the fabric looks better than if I ironed them.

In order to activate my warranty, I have to write this review. Nothing to say yet. But do like how it collapses when not in use

Just opened the box and set it up. Used it once. Has some water spits. I'm sure it'll take a little getting used to.

Like the features from unboxing but looks like a quality unit based on unboxed setup. Have not used yet.

Puts out enough steam and very easy to set up. Had it working within 10 minutes. The item was well packed and exactly how described

I used to get Rowenta but recent models not as good. Tried True & Tidy for the first time and I like it.

Works great, makes my life a lot easier! My only wish is the water canister fit more securely when not filled.
