8/10, does the job, some parts are cheap plastic made, but overall good value.

Worked well on first use . Doesn’t leak and hose doesn’t kink. .

Started using on Christmas Day and I love it!! So much faster than my little hand steamer!

Great steamer. Wish I had bought one sooner. So much easier than ironing!

A very efficient machine. Wheels are a plus since it is alittle heavy.
