This steamer has made my life so much easier. It works very well compared to other brands that I have used. It doesn't drip water from the head and the steam is powerful. From daily clothing to dress suits for travel, it helps keep my clothing organized and prepared. I bought a second one for my vacation home. Many of my family and friends have bought one at my recommendation.

I gave this title because we are a team of streamers who volunteer (yes, that means no pay whatsoever) at a thrift store called the Thrift Box. All, and I do mean ALL of the proceeds of our store go to the Stanford Children's Hospital. The majority of donations to the Box are Women's clothes followed closely by Men's then childrens. Though they are usually clean they are also uber wrinkled. Before presenting them for customer purchase, they NEED to be steamed. We had been working for years with a donated steamer that had huge problems. One of the team members finally offered to buy a new one as much for her as for all of us. She suffers from arthritis and is 92!!! We who steam love the easy with which we can roll it, the speed at which it heats up, the ease of the filing of the ladder and the fact that it doesn't spit! We all agree, we are happy steamers. But we have it, we love it and we're gonna keep it. We're not giving it back!!!!

Good quality. Easy to assemble. Easy access wate reservoir. Wheels seem sturdy. Excellent power cord. Nice accessories (even though you don't really name them as accessories, the long pant clip hanger and the folding shirt hanger are really nice). The 'crease' presser is great!

Bought this steamer as irons have become too heavy for my elbow and wrist joints. This steamer is light weight and does a great job of removing wrinkles. No spitting like most of my irons end up doing. Have only used on a couple of men's dress shirts and cotton tees with great success. The base needs to be set on a heat and water safe floor during use as it gets hot and wouldn't want to ruin a wood floor. Easy assembly instructions. Be sure to use the provided hanger to steam. Clothing will be moist after steaming and may need to air dry a few minutes before you can wear.

Finally glad I got one of these. Tired of cheaply made products that I felt afraid to handle from their fragile build. Putting this together you KNOW it's gonna be great. Then trying it, even on it's lowest setting, left no more doubts. Fantastic product

I'm a tailor of over 30 years and I have a home based business. I recently got this steamer and it DEFINITELY lives up to its name of a heavy duty commercial steamer. It heats up quick, strong steam, and is able to handle a big work load. I steam suits, dresses and other clothes and it's always ready to go!

This is by far the best investment I have made for my home. My daughter has a severe dust mite allergy and her symptoms are nearly gone after using this product. I steam EVERYTHING. Plus, my clothes, curtains, and linens have never looked better. 5/5 stars!

I love this steamer! I use it for all my dress shirts and trousers. I even use it for my suits. It gets all the wrinkles out. It's a great steamer and I highly recommend for anyone who has to do a lot of shirts at a time. I typically do 7-8 shirts at a time and never have to stop what I am doing to refill it.

I have a Quilting business, creating quilt tops & long arming the quilts. This is the Best Steamer I have had. Steams the wrinkles away in all 3 layers of the quilts as they are prepped to be Long Armed. Love the On/Off button with the bright light !

I as a Butler courtesy; unpack my guests suit cases and do complimentary steaming with vertical steam pressing equipment on guests arrival at the resort. I like the simplicity of the “Salav X3 Garment Steamer”; and am getting great results on two shirts and a sports jacket I am experimenting on with wrinkles! I also like the ease of assembly of the garment steamer as well as disassembly if i need to transport to a client for Private House Butler work at a Private Residence. I give the overall experience a 4 star rating. To get a 5 star rating either an advanced digital manual or more elaborate hard copy manual on Garment Steamer Designer tips for added craftsmanship when steaming garments using this product would have elevated the experience to a 5 star rating;
