I haven't used it yet, but it sure is solid and sturdy! It's very upscale and I can't wait to use it!

It seems to work just as advertised. I haven't used all the features yet, but I will be doing so over the next few days.

It's says it commercial grade. I didn't believe it.. until I put it together! Wow. This thing is solid! Works really well! I recommend!

Great steamer at a an even better price. It took ok the wrinkles out of everything, but my black-out curtains, but they are a very heavy material.

I used to get Rowenta but recent models not as good. Tried True & Tidy for the first time and I like it.

Wish it had steam on demand control, instead of always on. Also would be nice to have a garment board at this price point.

I'm obligated to leave a review and I don't really like this otherwise no warranty ? I was going to leave a good review up until this point

I haven't even used it yet, but I love the big water tank and how tall it gets! I'm excited to use it in my boutique!

Just opened the box and set it up. Used it once. Has some water spits. I'm sure it'll take a little getting used to.

This is our second Salav steamer. The first stoped working after 3 years of light use. We upgraded to a commercial model hoping it will last longer.
