This product is easy to set up and use, and quite effective. It is pretty large with that long upright to house the hose but no matter, it works for my men's suits and shirts, quickly and acceptably.

I just bought this steamer a few days ago and so far I love it. The steam flow is excellent and it is very easy to handle. It was also very easy to assemble.

I just received this today and I cannot tell you how great it was to spend at most 7 minutes steam ironing a brand new men's wool coat. Easy to put together really easy to use and it was very satisfying to have it work so well!

Impressive product. Nice design features, should be easy to store. Manual is easy to understand as is warranty registration. Have used a friends unit and now have two (2) of our own.

I have been so excited to use my steamer, finally after 2 weeks after receiving for a bday gift, I got my chance. I’m honestly not at all impressed. Took me forever to steam a short spaghetti strap dress. The wrinkles looked like they were never even steamed…not sure I’ll be keeping this!

I’m happy with this new steamer, the steaming part works really well. I was disappointed to find that it does not have a traditional on off switch. In order to turn it fully off you have to unplug it. It’s a bit more than I wanted to deal with, but I’m keeping it anyway. If you accidentally leave it plugged in it does have an automatic shut off when it runs out of steam.

This has made my steaming so much easier!!! I used to use a hand-held one which was difficult when steaming a lot of clothes. I would have given it 5 stars, but nocking it down one star because you have to put the entire machine on top of a counter to empty the water in the reserve.
