It was purchased a year ago. Has performed as advertised

I bought this last year and despite several power outages, we always had with power as though the outage wasn’t happening.

Performs faster than expected. Only power outage to date had the generator running in 7 seconds and power restored within 15 seconds.

I bought this before we had our house delivered, we haven't quite finished moving in but so far the unit seems to be good quality.

We've only had it for 3 weeks but so far so good. We haven't had to use it yet. So far the weekly maintenance exercise has been great.

had it for a year. no ;issues whatever. app is relatively easy to use.

This is a great unit and we love it. best buy we made

For all the money I spent on this unit I should get a new complete replacement

Generator has only operated for 107 hours and quit running. Very difficult to get warranty service.

I bought this last month. Dealer was very fair in pricing. Installed in a timely manner.
