We really wanted a small nugget ice maker and from looking at the size, look and specs, this one seemed exactly what we were looking for. The experience with it has been poor. On day 4, it pretty much stopped making ice and was continually going into "Defrosting" mode. After a full reset, it started to make nuggets again, but the ice making mechanism not occasionally makes just the loudest noise like someone is scratching done a pole, more often than not in the middle of the night (5 am). The remedy is to unplug it for a short while and then put the power back on, and it continues as it should.

We tried two other ice makers and were sorely disappointed. When we decided to invest a little more money into this model, our expectations were high, but also exceeded when it arrived and we had our first taste! I loved it so much that I purchased another one for a friend of mine who was overjoyed!

I love the ice, my husband loves it more than I do. Initially, it sounded like a dying cat, but that has mostly gone away. I'm hoping it was just a matter of breaking the machine in. I would love an option to purchase a warranty as I've heard these do break over time, I'm not sure how to do that since it was a gift. I would recommend this product if you love ice cold drinks, it's nicer to use than regular ice with soda because it causes a LOT less fizz.

Didn't think I would use it much, bought it mainly for my better half. I absolutely love it!! I find that I'm drinking more water during the day using nugget ice. We find ourselves making fruit drinks like Brazilian Lemonade every day usually twice a day. I love it, I can't say enough. It is easy o set up and instructions are easy to follow.

Everything from the unpacking instructions, to the set up and use was quick and easy. Fits great under our cabinets, is sleek and does not present as an eye sore appliance! Not super loud and the side reservoir ensure there is ice always made. If ice is a necessity in your home, you have to get one!

I love this ice maker! Makes the good Sonic ice and it makes it fast. Well worth every penny. I read a lot of the reviews & most complained that it's loud, but honestly, unless you sleep in the kitchen, I don't see why it's a problem. If you are on the fence about buying one, just DO IT you won't be disappointed. We'll worth every penny.

I love crunchable ice and have always searched for fast food places with that ice available mainly because I’ve chewed my ice after finishing the drink. Now I don’t have to search for places with that ice in their drinks as I have my own crunchable ice maker. It’s an unbelievable product: quiet, fast icemaking and the bin stays full all day. Best of all, my family enjoys the availability of ice that seems to keep tea and soft drinks colder than cubes.

The entire family LOVES this ice maker. On the way home the twins say mom cut the ice machine on so it’s ready when we get home. My partner even broke down and joint the family in ice love for the special grownups drinks but the best of all we take about 3 cups and put it in the dog bowl. Life will never be the same.

For anyone with a nice home bar, this is a nice capstone to your equipment. The setup for wireless is simple, and you're less than an hour from unpacking to getting ice in your bin. I can't imagine not having the side-mount water reservoir, so plan to make that part of your purchase. I wish the bin was a little more insulated to keep the ice from melting, but when you're using it for a party or other activity, melting won't be an issue.

My wife and child loves this ice machine, they use two bins a day. I was hesitant to buy at first after reading the reviews because some said it was loud and others never worked. My 13 year old unboxed it followed the easy instructions and by the time I got home from work it was full of ice, it does make sounds but so does my refrigerator. Best purchase in years.
