I absolutely love this -it's fantastic! I use it every day without any issues.

keeps saying cleaning and its not even a month old. i use wayer from a 5 gallon bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were so happy to receive this ice maker as a wedding gift. We absolutely loved it for the whole week that it worked. Now it will no longer make ice. It constantly says "making ice" and then "add water" even when it is full of water. We have tried making sure the tubes aren't stopped up and have cleaned it multiple times. Unfortunately, at this point we will be in contact about the warranty for our machine. We are really disappointed with the quality of this expensive machine, in particular because it was given to us as a thoughtful gift.

I take away 2 stars because after only a couple of months of having it it will sporadically make an AWFUL noice to the point where I have to unplug it. We put it in the laundry room so it can make noise when it feels like it and we just know that there are no screech owls in the vicinity- it's just the ice maker. I tried to contact the company and got the runaround about trying to fix/replace it to the point where it was just easier to deal with the noise.

The whole family loves it. It's not too wide. It's a little deep. You need a full countertop depth for it to fit. Buy it!

I've purchased several ice machines that I had to send back ! I came across this GE profile opal 2 ice machine and I'm loving it!

It's larger then other ice machines I've had, but it looks good, runs quite %26 produces good quantity. The pellet size cubes are ideal

It stopped working and warranty had expired. Had it for a year and a half . Took the back off to try and repair and noticed the metal was tore up.

I love this icemaker! I get so many compliments on the style of ice that it makes. Definitely would recommend getting the warranty. This is our second one and I wish I would've gotten it the first time.

Had one before. Lasted four and a half years of constant use. Turned off my refrigerator ice maker since I prefer the chewable ice. Also, since ice makers are the first things that go bad on refrigerators , might as well get ice like you like it.
