We absolutely love our nugget ice maker. I've been looking at ice makers for over a year and keep coming back this one. We are water drinkers and go through so much ice. This is able to keep up with my family of 5.

This ice maker makes that *good* ice. Love the auto features so that I never have to tell it to make more ice. The auto clean feature is great as well.

Love the nugget ice! I really like that when the ice bin is full and unattended, as the ice melts (which takes a while), will keep making ice. Also the remote app for starting and stopping the machine is amazing!

I LOVE my ice maker!!! The ice is the best!!! Only negative I have is cleaning is a little complicated and instructions not real clear about cleaning. But overall LOVE IT!

This appliance can be a bit noisy so we have housed it in our wet bar behind cabinet doors (still plenty of ventilation room). It makes great ice and is easy to refill and keeps everything cleaner than our last ice maker which used to get pink mold.

Love my new icemaker that I received for Christmas. I feel like I drink water a lot more because of the ice. Very easy to use very quiet the whole family loves it!

Overall, I love the ice and it's quick. However it defrosts a lot and when it does, it is very loud. Which would be okay if it didn't happen every 20 min

We now have this for two weeks. After a couple of small snags with getting the WiFi to work its been now working great. Support has been very helpful. Having ice on hand for drinks especially over the holidays is great.

Stopped working within a couple months. Hoping company will be easy to work with in seeking a warranty claim. Will update once we find out how difficult or willing they are to back their products…

Love it! Everyone always takes a cup to go (hah), but seriously it's so nice to have the "good" ice at home. It's pretty quiet and works super fast. So far so good and no complaints. It's straight forward to clean and as of now, no complaints.
