This has been hands down one of the best purchased items I have ever made. My whole family loves the nugget ice and even though it’s expensive it was well worth it and I feel I’m getting my moneys worth

I absolutely love my ice, however it’s barely a year old and it keeps displaying add water. It has water. I have cleaned this ice maker every time it showed time to clean. I’m super frustrated as this was an expensive purchase for a year of use.

For the last 13 years, we had a built in ice maker that we loved. We recently moved and wanted another ice maker and decided to try the GE Opal. We love it!! We also bought one for our son who said this is the best gift!

The container that holds the ice leaks water whenever I open it to get ice out. It’s also much louder than I expected. And it seems like there may not be an airtight fit bc sometimes the ice is a little flaky, like it has freezer burn.

I love the soft ice made by this machine. I love ice and this is perfect. The machine makes enough ice for my family, each day. It’s fairly quiet. Easy easy setup.

Love this machine. Makes great ice. Using distilled water keeps the machine from having to be descaled. Still need to clean the machine from getting dirty.

I’m LOVING this ice maker. It was easy to setup and quickly started making ice. Yes you can hear the machine running but it’s not very loud to be to distracting. It is more like a humming noise then stops when the bin is full.

This ice maker makes great ice but it's the second one we've tried and they are all made in China (cheap parts) and eventually end up making really loud squeaking/squealing sounds. I'll likely return

When it works it's good but getting it to work consistently is another story, I would recommend to everyone to not buy a nugget , find another brand !

The day it arrived it has been a wonderful. We can’t imagine life without it! We threw away all ice trays since there is no need for them. Our grandkids love being able to get the ice to eat when they come over.
