I love the little ice nuggets that my ice maker produces and everything about it EXCEPT it needs to defrost very often and it makes a horrrible screeching noise when it does that!! Day and night! Very annoying!!

This about the best buy that I have ever made. What a great addition to our home. Now I can stop emptying my daughter’s nugget ice maker every time I visit.

Makes lots of ice quickly. Melts and opening ice storage leaks a lot, but on to provided tray. Less mess and insulated ice storage would make this 5 stars.

Easy to setup. Definitely like the fact that you don’t need a water line. It’s tasty and doesn’t break your teeth when you crunch it. It’s very quiet. Would recommend!

This is a fantastic ice maker! My daily life is better with this device in my life. I wish I had known about the intense maintenance involved before buying, but all in all a great product. The additional side tank is key.

This ice maker makes the best ice! This ice maker so far is an improvement over the previous model b/c it has not started having mildew in the ice yet and we have had it set up for approximately 3 months.

It’s awesome because I have a medically challenged daughter who spend a lot of time in the children’s hospital and she loves there hospital ice so this machine is awesome for her!!!!

I had the first version of this machine and ran about a gallon of water through it a day for 4 years. It finally died. While I was disappointed, the 2.0 is a better ice maker.

So far we are loving this ice machine. The extra water tank on the side is wonderful. No more adding water every day. The ice is the perfect size and doesn't melt very fast in the maker.

Great ice maker for my office. It makes soft ice, which is what I like in my iced tea! Very easy to set up and clean. It is able to connect to your WIFI, so you can monitor it remotely if need be, if you are out of the office for the weekend.
