We have had our nugget ice maker for about a week and it’s amazing! We hesitated because it was a little pricey but finally decided to give it a try and it is all that we had hoped and more!

I purchased the off brand first and hated it. You get what you pay for so my son in law and daughter knew how sad I was about the old one being trash and gifted me the GE Opal 2.0 and I am so much happier. It is everything

Followed directions to the “t”. Reverse osmosis water. Cleaned monthly if not more often. Then just stopped. Says “add water” when both tanks full. I’ve restarted and reset and cleaned again. Nada

Works great gives the best cubes can use your phone for the app for it to turn it off and on and such easy way to add water to it best ice maker I’ve owned

Ordered online and when box arrived thought what have I got myself into. I’ll never figure this out. But was I wrong. Out of the box and making ice in less than an hour!!

We brought this as a Christmas present to ourselves based in feedback from a friend. This is so easy to use and we love the type of ice it makes. This makes 2020 much nicer!

Great ice maker... only complaint I would say is I wish it kept unused ice cold like a freezer. Instead, it melts down and has to make more to reach the sensor.

The ice works great, I find myself drinking more water with this. Only downside is how often you have to drain and clean it. But overall very nice machine. Love the app controlled scheduled too!

The side tank broke. Warranty won’t replace side tank. Said warranty doesn’t cover the side tank but they would send me along To purchase at my own expense a new side tank.

Finally an ice maker that works!! We've had issues with the ice maker in two refrigerators and this product has solved that!! Plus the nugget ice is awesome!!
