Love the ice, but the thing squeals uncontrollably. Constantly have to turn it off. Perhaps lubricate the motor at build. It's in a basement and I can hear it on the second floor.

I've purchased just about every type of ice maker out there and was always disappointed with them. And along came the GE Opal 2. Wow this thing is fantastic. It's everything I've been looking for. Highly recommended.

When it worked it produced awesome ice, but that only lasted a few weeks. Now it just says "Add Water" even though the water bin is full. Hoping GE will stand behind their product when I get with their warranty dept.

I love to eat the ice and this machine makes the best ice for my drinks. I like to put the ice in the freezer and make more so I will have a bunch of ice on hand for events or for when a lot of family members stop by.

Although it took a bit of effort to get the side auxiliary water tank to work, the ice maker has worked flawlessly since! It makes great ice for drinks and also make ice fast!

My husband surprised me with this for my birthday, I was so excited! I have been asking for one for years. I love the little nugget ice. I have been eating ice none stop. I love this machine. Only complaint is the app it doesn't really control it

My husband bought me this for Christmas. We have been very pleased so far. It makes ice quickly and continuously. The additional water tank is a nice feature. The cost is a bit high but for as much ice as my family uses it's been a great product.

This ice maker was received within 3 days of ordering. It was easy to install and clean. It is amazing and my three children from ages 13 to 2 love it as well. I would surely recommend this product to anyone searching for a nugget ice maker!!! 

Love my Opal 2.0 Ice Maker. In the past 2 years I have purchased (3) other cheaper Brand Ice Makers and they did not last a year. This one is by far the best one so far.
