I have purchased several ice makers and this one is by far the best. The ice taste great and I love the crunchy nuggets. It’s also quieter than my last ice maker. Very impressed!

Exactly the ice we hoping for when we purchased! The only issue is noise: when the system is pulling water from the holding tank, it is LOUD. Otherwise, we are completely satisfied.

We purchased this ice maker after the failure of a Frigidaire model. Although the price is very high, it is worth every penny. My wife and I who are retired, LOVE IT!

We love our new ice maker. The soft “sonic “ ice is great! It makes ice if the ice melts, keeping it full and if we need to add water, there is a light that tells us to add additional water. So glad for this purchase!

I feel it’s an ok unit. I love the ice and how fast it makes it. I do feel the cleaning process is very lengthy, and difficult. The unit is also very noisy. Would. It again, because I love the ice!

Love this machine. Makes great ice. Using distilled water keeps the machine from having to be descaled. Still need to clean the machine from getting dirty.

This product is perfect for someone who LOVES pebble ice (like me!) It makes the ice quickly and the side water tank allows for easy access to ice without the need for a separate water line.

Bought as a gift for my wife. She loves the ice. That said, it's loud. And if you have the side tank, it is REALLY loud. We had to air gap the appliance from the side tank to sleep at night. It is loud.

I love my ice machine. But after two weeks the wifi symbol disappeared and won’t come back no matter what I do. So now I can’t use the app because of that.
