I think the product is great, only inconvenience is that you ha e to refill a self fill option with filter would make it better that way you only change out the filter and you always have ice.

The machine is new but for the first few weeks it has done a great job. Love the ice. Just wish it kept it a little cooler. I have to transfer to g he e ice yo my freezer when I’m not using it immediately

This is our SECOND opal ice maker. It was too good to not have a second one. The ice is crunchy and just like “Sonic” ice. Looks great on the counter and the ice cranks out FAST. Definitely worth the price tag.

Have had a bullet ice machine for ya are that finally went out. This one was quite a bit more expensive, but worth it. If you like to eat ice, this is the machine for you.

We love the ice. It isn’t as noisy as I had read in other reviews. It takes about 10-15 minutes before you get much ice out. The smaller ice fits in those tiny water bottle openings.

This is a great ice maker. Our daughter and her family blessed us with this for Christmas. Two of our adult children have these in their homes and I have always wanted one. Great product.

I LOVE my ice maker!!! The ice is the best!!! Only negative I have is cleaning is a little complicated and instructions not real clear about cleaning. But overall LOVE IT!

Ours leaked water everywhere till my husband worked on the machine to fix it but now it says 'add water' a lot even when the water reservoir is completely full. Makes good ice just so many other issues.

I never knew how bad my old First Build Opal Nugget Ice Maker had gotten until I purchased this new GE Opal 2.0 model. I absolutely never run out of ice and the machine is extremely quiet and smooth. Perfect ice every time!

We love our new icemaker. Only concern I have with it, is that ocassionally it makes a loud noise. I'm guessing when it is recycling? When it's making ice it's not too noisy.
