Bought this Ice maker as an anniversary gift for my wife and it works very well. Always has fresh ice to keep us cool on these summer days. Would definitely purchase again as a gift for someone else. Very impressed and we love it

I assembled this ice maker today and 20 min later I already started to get ice. My family now fights over the ice. It's super quiet and fits under my cabinet perfectly. We will never be out of ice anymore!

I am so excited to get this product I love it so much it is a good investment plus it's going to save me a lot of money in the long run instead of buying bags of ice that I love this is even better I give it five stars

First issue was buying a Samsung refrigerator with a built in ice maker. It got old maintaining it. So I turned it off and had great justification to buy the Opal.

I bought this machine for my wife who loves munching on ice. She keeps a cup close by all day long. Some reviewers were commenting on the noise the machine makes but it's not loud at all, especially if you make sure the water tank is full.

Works great. We have ice anytime We schedule it on at 6am and off at 7pm(unless we have a scheduled event. Perfect size ice for any drinks. Holds a good capacity of ice.

Makes awesome ice. Our unit however constantly tried to defrost and made horrible squealing sounds when it did. Exchanging it for another unit but I understand that it could take several tries to get one that works properly.

A bit of a difficult set up, but made ice immediately that day. Does not take long to get started making wonderful, crunchy ice easy to use and easy to clean. We love it and always have a bag of fun ice in our freezer.

Wow what an Ice maker!! My refrigerator ice maker is permanently broken and beyond repair. Thank goodness for this Optimal Ice Maker. Soft delicious Ice Yay!!

So far I am loving my ice maker. It is easy to use and makes ice quickly and efficiently and I love that I can control it via Wi-Fi so I can have fresh soft nuggets ready and waiting for me when I get off work.
