[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We could not be happier with this ice maker. It is seriously expensive, but if you really want the “good ice”, this is it! Makes plenty of ice, not too noisy, not too big… just perfect for us.

I am on the third ice maker in less than six months and non have worked. They do a good job sending a replacement unit but they don't work either. Starts to make a few nuggets then quits. Extremely disappointed with GE.

Horrible product does not last and horrible service department buy another brand works good for awhile then makes grinding noise cleaning instructions not complete in book if buy one get extended warranty you need it

Love the ice it makes the only issue is that it now makes a knocking sound & other load sound when it is starting to make ice. This is our second machine, the 1st one just stopped working after having it just over 1 year & now this acting up too.

The loud scraping noise all day is ridiculous. I used for 2 days hoping the sound would go away it didnt. So its been unplugged and unsused. And it barely put out any ice.

This was the 2nd one I have owned. The first one lasted for a few years. I'm so glad I bought the extended warranty. The next one I got from the warranty exchange didn't last 2 months.

This is a great ice maker. However, the company begs for reviews. This is the fourth request for a review I have received this week. This review is given under duress. Please stop asking me to review this ice maker.
