starts out as amazing then little by little no matter how much you clean it and take care of it, it will start to break down right after the warranty is up. I loved this ice machine and for the price I wish it didnt die so soon.

This ice maker has been a nightmare. I’ve had it for almost a month and it makes the loudest screeching noise. It’s always on defrosting and doesn’t make much ice at all. Would not recommend.

Only had it for 3 months and already messed up. Stuck on “Add Water” even when it’s full. I cleaned it every month and descaled it once. Went through lots of YouTube self fixes and still not working.
