When it works it's good but getting it to work consistently is another story, I would recommend to everyone to not buy a nugget , find another brand !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had ice machine for less than a month and already having issues with sensors and not making ice. This is our second ice machine that has broken.

Great at making small ice pellets but every machine we have gotten (this is #3) have made loud grinding sounds a few months after buying it. It does not stop the grind effectiveness of making the ice but the very loud nice if just very annoying.

I got my icemaker and it doesnt even work. It has flooded my whole kitchen and I have been notified by GE that they will not be replacing my new appliance. Bad choice! I have photos and vidoes

Not good, GE wanna replace my ice maker with a rebuilt one, they will hear from me on the next business day what some losers. You pay to much money for this to be happening

Worked exactly one month. Only used distilled water and followed weekly sanitizer instructions. Now it constantly says “add water” even though its is full. So disappointing for an item at this price level.

Makes ice fairly quickly and we are obsessed with the pebble ice, but the machine can get very very loud while defrosting. Moderately noisy while making ice, and it starts making new ice anytime a scoop is removed.

Worked great for a month then quit have been waiting on reman one for three months and wanting a deposit to make sure i send junk one back will never buy ge product again
